Our dolls and kits are handmade works of art, sculpted, molded, and cast by hand in our studio. They are not factory-made dolls. Because each piece is handmade, minor variations and handmade imperfections are natural and make every piece unique.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All payments, including deposits and layaway installments, are nonrefundable. Please purchase carefully and ask any questions before ordering. As a small, artist-owned studio, we cannot absorb the cost of buyer’s remorse or a change of mind.
If you believe there is a genuine problem with your order, please contact us promptly. A genuine problem means a material defect in workmanship attributable to our studio—not a minor cosmetic flaw, normal handmade variation, surface irregularity, seam or trim mark, slight color variation, or another characteristic of handmade art. Our studio will review the available photographs, video, and other relevant information and has sole discretion to determine whether an issue qualifies as a defect. If our studio determines that a material defect for which it is responsible exists, we will make a good-faith effort to provide an appropriate remedy.
